Item Description

This listing is for the exact document in the photos. From almost 30 years’ storage in our old upright office file comes these documents pertinent to Contender Carbines. This is an Important Instructions on the Use and Care of the Contender Carbine and Youth Model Carbine booklet with never executed statement of warranty and factory registration card included. Publisher, and gun manufacturer, was Thompson/Center Arms, PO Box 5002, Farmington Road, Rochester, New Hampshire 03867, so marked on the manual’s front cover. Publication date was January of 1991, so coded on the back cover. Manual dimensions are 4 1/2 by 8 inches, 14 numbered pages plus covers, with Red and Black ink. Factory registration and warranty card is stapled inside in the center. Please note that the parent rifle’s late owner penciled in his information, but never mailed in the registration. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint age toning. Lucky owners of Traditional Thompson/Center Contender Carbines who simply want instructions can print or download free of charge from tcarms com. Owners, however, of T/C Contender Carbines in Excellent Condition who do not have their original paperwork, especially those serialized in the 370,000 to 400,000 range, who wish to enhance their prizes’ collectability will certainly achieve that with owning this document.
