Steel barrel, cylinder and parts in an alloy frame metal with walnut grips. J square frame. 5 rounds .38 Special, not for +P. 2 inch tapered barrel, pinned into the frame. .240 serrated trigger & hammer. 6 1/4 length x 4 1/4 height. 1.31 cylinder dia. 13 3/4 ounces empty. 2 to 5 degrees hammer travel double action; 15 single. 3 5/8 lb. single pull. No lateral play. .003 forcing cone gap. Minimal carbon, we estimate fired fewer than 100 rounds. Bright, clean chambers & bore. Domicile was Ramey Air Force Base jurisdiction, Cold War service against castro & cartels. Polished surface blue, and black anodized alloy, casehardened hammer, trigger, oil finish magna service grips. Surface detractions are moderate, principally freckling on the blue, and edge and grip wear.
