Eaglet Knife Co. Miniature Toothpick Genuine Bone Excellent ca. WWI PK239
OUR #pk239

Item Description

Blade Tang marking on this distinctive little mini toothpick reads simply: Eaglet / Knife / Co The handle panels are genuine bleached pocket worn bone, and they are perfectly intact with slight oil seepage under their edges. Liners and Back spring are excellent, as is the blade. We believe that the modified spear pattern blade is original thickness and has not been sharpened; the taper effect appears to be original. The brass liner extends around the unbolstered end and leaves a proper 1/8 inch gap for the blade point. Blade measures a proper 1 1/2 inches from heel to point, and the mechanism is Very Good, with some sluggishness to the Back spring operation. Overall length closed is 2 3/16 inches. Note the gray steel rivet pin in the nickel bolsters, characteristic of very early pocket knives. We believe this knife was manufactured prior to 1920. Own this distinctive little early mini toothpick for only $ 39.00.
