Manual manufacturer was Sturm, Ruger & Company of Southport, CT., in March of 2007, and so marked on the original front cover. Second document is a factory offer to replace its padlocks with cable locks. Manual dimensions are 5 1/4 by 8 3/8 inches; 46 numbered pages and with Red and Black ink on white pages.
