Here is a useful and economical item we began selling over 30 years ago, the Uncle Mike's Horizontal Shoulder Holster for larger sized automatic pistolswith 4 to 5 1/2 inch barrels; and even a few revolvers. Manufacturer is Michaels of Boise, ID. Distributor and warrantor is Bushnell Outdoor Products of Overland Park, Type is Miami type horizontal carry thumb break shoulder holster with crossing shoulder straps, and strong side tie down plate for attaching magazine case. Construction is two ply black nylon body over a rigid polymer body, with adjustable 2 inch crossing staps, hard polymer tie down apparatus, and velcro backing to the thumb break release setup. Screws are blackened Chicago type. The Michaels #5 is completely ambidextrous, and wears the pistol horizontally as the modeling photo shows. It is designed for large frame autos, but not so large as the Desert Eagle or any pistol whose magazine is separate from the grip frame. Fits include Browning Hi-Powers and BDMs, any Colt Government type pistol including Commander and Compact Officer sizes; Any pistol made by Glock, FMK, Steyr current production, Caracal; any Smith & Wesson or Sig pistol chambered in 9mm, .357 Sig, .40 S&W, 10mm, or .45 ACP; any Ruger P or SR series pistols; Interactive sizing is on the company's unclemikes com site.
