Exact revolver in photos. Best quality replica of Smith & Wesson’s 1875 No. 3 Schofield Revolver. Manufacturer is Aldo Uberti, S.R.L. of Gardone, Italy. BU Italian Date code = 2004 production. Type is top break replica single action only, center fire revolver. Construction is entirely steel metal, with walnut grips. Chambering is .45 Long Colt caliber, 6 round capacity. Barrel is 7 inches. Half moon blade front sight with matching fixed notch rear in the breech mechanism. .315 smooth faced trigger with .388 spur hammer. 12 3/4 oal x 5 height x 1.67 cylinder thickness. 46.9 oz empty. Polished blued cylinder, frame, and barrel, with color casehardened front sight, locking cowl, hammer, trigger, and guard. Oil walnut grips. This Uberti comes to us from an estate liquidation. It is in its original box with warning tag, instruction manual, product flyer, and safety manual. Its only detraction is faint rotation marking on its cylinder, no more than one sees on display pieces. We rate it near mint and unfired in box, but photos ought to suffice.
