Restricted some areas, please read. Buyers should be competent to use a ruler. Listing is for ONE magazine. Here are quality replacement magazines for Taurus’s PT911 series pistols, introduced 2002 and discontinued in 2012. They will also fit Sig Sauer P228 and P229 pistols, their originally purposed destinations. Our mechanical engineers have added a magazine catch cut to fit the Taurus with no further modifications to the magazine. Note the .20 space between the floorplate and the butt edge of the frame on the photo specimen. Your Taurus pistol’s distance from top of slide to edge of magazine well should not exceed 4.85 inches. This magazine, then, is for a 5 inch tall pistol. It will Not work in a pistol that is 5 1/2 inches tall. It will Not work in the current production PT917C because the present model is Not a compact; its grip frame is the same as a full sized 92. Manufacturer of these magazines is Mec-Gar s.r.l., Gussago, Italy, original equipment manufacturer for both Taurus and Sig Sauer. Construction is one piece folded steel body with full length tig welded back; steel spring and inner plate; and with polymer cartridge follower and floorplate. Each magazine holds 15 rounds of 9mm ammunition. Finish is buffed surface blued steel with smooth milled brushed back, black follower and black floorplate.    No CA CT DC HI MA MD NJ NY OR RI WA civilians.
