Hammer fired double / single action pistol. 8 + 1 capacity .40 S&W. Note that magazine is modified but correct Wayne Machine Co. Steel slide assembly with alloy frame except for polymer grips, mag parts, and one bushing. 3 1/2 inch ball joint barrel 6 groove RH 1:16. .305 smooth trigger & bobbed hammer. Novak 3 dot combat sights. Correct replacement grip with straight MSH. 7 inch oal, 5 1/2 height, 1 in. frame thickness. 28 1/2 oz empty. Matte stainless slide assembly, black melonite sights, trigger & hammer; white alloy frame. Note squadron marking left side frame. This pistol served in Borinquen Air Station jurisdiction against Castro and Cartels. Apart from marking, detractions are moderate, principally edge wear. We rate it as Very Good, 75 %, but photos ought to suffice. No CA or MA civilians.
