Exact pistol. Note that its frame strut has one of its two sides broken where its grip pin inserts. That’s fairly common on alloy frame 3900, 4000, 5900, and 6900 series pistols. This is Smith & Wesson's all metal 4013 TSW Tactical compact service pistol chambered in .40 S&W Caliber. Smith & Wesson of Springfield, MA. BDK prefix = 2005. Stainless steel slide, steel barrel, magazine body, and working parts in an alloy frame..40 Smith & Wesson Caliber with correct 8 round magazine, modified from 6900. 3 1/2” Ball Joint Barrel. White Dot Novak sights, with single slot Picatinny width light rail on the frame. Dual spring return system with scoping guide rod. .305 smooth trigger with matching factory bobbed hammer, 2 stage 6.5 lb. single action; 11 # double. Correct generic replacement grip. Black sights, rail, levers, hammer and trigger; stainless barrel and slide; coated white alloy frame. Ambidextrous decocking main safeties; firing pin safety; and magazine safety – will not fire without magazine. 28 1/2 oz. empty. 7 in OAL; 5 1/2 Height; 1 in frame width at the port. Moderate surface wear; we rate Good, perhaps Very Good, 75% vicinity, photos ought to suffice. Clean internally; note again that this one’s frame has one of its handle struts broken. We’re one of the only sellers who check that aspect. This pistol served in the Caribbean jurisdiction of Borinquen Air Station, guarding against Castro and Cartels. We estimate it has been fired fewer than 500 times.
