Exact revolver in photos. BEP serial prefix = 1989 Tompkins. Entirely steel metal with goncalo grips. Traditional double / single action swingout revolver with hammer nose ignition and transfer bar. 2” barrel, pressed into the frame. 5 rounds .38 Special ammunition, not designed for +P. Blade front sight with fixed notch rear. .315 smooth trigger with .2375 serrated spur hammer. Grips are factory original. 6 1/2 inches length; 4 7/8 height; 1.304 cylinder diameter. 21 ounces empty. Brushed surface stainless finish with satin chrome trigger, hammer. Domicile was Borinquen Air Station jurisdiction, airman duty against Castro and cartels. Surface detractions are minimal, faint edge and grip wear. We rate it as Very Good, perhaps even Excellent, 85 to 90% vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice. Bore, cylinder chambers and mechanism are all clean. Hammer moves additional 2 to 5 degrees on all five on double action; and fully 20 degrees on single action with 4# pull. No lateral play. Forcing cone gap .006. Minimal carbon. We estimate no more than 300 rounds fired.           No CA Civilians.
