This listing is for One front sight to fit standard Smith & Wesson M&P Semi Automatic Pistols. Height measures .230 inches. Blade width measures .140 inches. Base measures .411 wide and the base length, the part that fits into the pistol slide’s dovetail slot, measures .260. Shoppers please be sure you have your measurements and model variant correct before bidding or offering to buy, because these brand new sights are not refundable. Manufacturer is AmeriGlo Independent Sights of Pennsylvania. Note the Trijicon marking on top of the blade; Trijicon is the licensed manufacturer of the luminous insert that makes this a Night Sight. Construction is matte finish steel with clear polymer encased Tritium. Sight style is Bowie Tactical. This sight fits Smith & Wesson M&P Series pistols except for Pro and L series. It will not, then, fit anything we know of, except standard production M&P Smith & Wesson Pistols, all calibers. Since the slots on the M&Ps and the Shield both measure .230 - .232 by our primitive measurements with our Mitutoyo calipers, yes, it will fit the Smith & Wesson Shield Pistols. It will not fit a Pro Series M&P. It will not fit an L series Long Slide M&P. It will not fit a Glock. It will not fit the fuse box of a 1959 Edsel.
