This listing is for ONE Set of Grips; Here are factory Smith & Wesson Walnut Magna Style service grips for any K or L roundbutt grip frame revolver. Manufacturer was Smith & Wesson of Springfield, MA. From their 500,000 range serial numbers inside the left panel, these grips were manufactured in 1962. Likely they served in Asia, possibly in Hong Kong. Construction is cut checkered American walnut, with nickel plated brass logo medallions, brass escutcheons and steel or brass screw. Screw will be old type nickel so long as those last. These grips fit any Medium Frame Smith & Wesson Post World War II Revolver that has a Round Butt Grip Frame. That includes Models 10, 13, 19, 64, 65, 66, and 686 in round butt grip frame only, manufactured to the present. Model 12 owners may need a substantial amount of fitting, since many of the Model 12s have thinner-than-normal grip frames. These sets came to us from a West Coast Importer. Surface detractions are minimal, only occasional pressure marks from 60 some odd years of storage. We rate them as Very Good, close to Excellent, 85 percent vicinity by our estimate, but Photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. They are correct for K frame revolvers manufactured between World War II and 1970; they are attractive and distinctive on any K or L frame Round Butt Revolver. There have not been any of these grips manufactured in walnut for over thirty years now.
