This listing is for ONE barrel. Here are new and unfired factory barrels for Smith & Wesson’s 916 series field grade pump shotguns that had a 3 or 4 shot magazine. Clearance from the back of the lug to the receiver face will be 13 1/2 to 13 3/4 inches. This barrel will Not fit the 8 shot 916T shotgun. It will Not fit a Smith & Wesson 3000, or a High Standard Pump, or the dump lever of a 1947 John Deere manure spreader. It will only fit a Smith & Wesson model 916 or 916A shotgun that has a 3 shot on 3 inch or 4 shot on 2 3/4 inch magazine tube. Manufacturer was Smith & Wesson of Springfield, MA. Production took place on Nobel Arms’s old equipment in Eastfield area of Springfield between 1971 and 1983. Construction is one piece steel with welded lug. Chambering is 12 gauge, 2 3/4 inch or 3 inch shells interchangeably. Length is 30 inches. Choke is .694 muzzle diameter full choke, and so marked on the right side of the barrel. Sight is bead type front, matches the shotgun’s serrated receiver top. Finish is brushed surface blued steel. Barrel and its mates are new and unfired, but unpackaged; we found them in an old East Coast warehouse. Most any US made shotgun barrel sells for $200 or more these days. We’re offering these Smith & Wessons each, however, for only $ 119.00.
