Traditional double and single action with transfer bar, hammer nose ignition, 5 screw frame. 6 rounds .38 Special, not for +P. 4 inch tapered Barrel, half moon front, fixed notch rear sights. .265 serrated trigger with matching hammer. 9 inches oal; 4 3/4 height; 1.46 cyl dia. 29 oz empty. 10 degrees hammer travel on double action; 25 on single, 3 1/2 lb SA pull. No lateral play. .006 forcing cone gap. Home domicile was Ramey Air Force Base jurisdiction, front line Cold War territory. Minimal carbon deposits, we estimate fired fewer than 100 times.
