Buyers will receive the exact box in the photos, the only one we have of its kind. This listing is for ONE Pistol Box, complete but without any interior foam liner. From service with the Swiss Police comes this original factory box for the Sig P225 pistol. Manufacturer was Sig Sauer of Eckenforde, Germany, and its contractors. Construction is two piece overlaid cardboard that will accommodate most any P series Pistols. Parent pistols and original serialization indicates mid 1990s production. Finish is gray and white lid, but earlier mismatching orange lower half. Note the Swiss police over writing on the label area. It came to us several years ago with a P228 in it. Internal foam is missing. Note the surface tear on the gray box top. Apart from it and the mismatched coloration, surface detractions are moderate, principally edge wear. We rate this box as Very Good Condition, mismatched coloration, but photos ought to suffice for our shoppers to check our grading for themselves. Interior dimensions are 9 7/8 inches long by 6 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches depth; exterior dimensions are 10 3/8 by 6 3/4 by 2 inches. This box is period correct, or period acceptable, for Sig pistols manufactured from the early 1990s until the early 2000s. We’re offering it for only $29.00.
