Exact revolver in photos. Firearms International, domestically produced revolver with US and Spanish parts. Double and single action swingout revolver patterned after the Astra Cadix series. FI partnered with Eig Cutlery to produced FIE in 1972. This one’s R11000 serial dates its production to 1966. Frame was domestic FI brand, with parts manufactured by Astra Unceta y Cia., Guernica, Spain, as the period advertisement photo indicates. Barrel, cylinder, rod, trigger, hammer, frame shield, and internal parts are steel, with zinc alloy frame, cylinder yoke, and grip frame. Grip is one piece polymer, designed to copy the High Standard Sentinel. 3 inch pinned barrel Serrated blade front sight, with fixed notch rearl. 8 rounds .22 Short, Long, or Long Rifle ammunition. .250 smooth faced trigger, .240 serrated spur hammer. 14 pound DA Pull; 4 3/4 single. 8 in. oal, 5 in height, 1.41 cylinder diameter. 28 oz empty. Semi gloss black coating finish, with white sided trigger and hammer; and with brown checkered grip. Moderate wear, principally edge and lateral wear. We rate Very Good, 80% vicinity, but photos ought to suffice. Moderate carbon, we estimate fired fewer than 500 rounds.
