Item Description

This listing is for ONE Set of Grips. Here are combat type grips to fit Smith & Wesson J Frame Revolvers, but only the ones with Square Butt Grip Frames, manufactured from the 1950s until the 1990s. Manufacturer was Pachmayr Gun Works of Los Angeles, and so marked. Since Pachmayr began putting their company Lion logo medallians in its grips around 1985, these were manufactured in the late 1980s or early 1990s. Construction is one piece molded pliable black rubber, with classic checkered surface laterals and front finger groove. Screw is anodized black brass, with brass escutcheon nut. These grips will only fit a Smith & Wesson J Frame Revolver with square butt grip frame. Contemporary S&W models included the square butt variants of models 31, 33, 34, 36, 37, 63, and 651. These will NOT fit a round butt revolver of any frame size. Surface detractions are minimal, only finish loss on the escutcheon and faint amounts of buffing to the finger groove. They are especially attractive on stainless and nickel finish revolvers
