Item Description

This listing is for ONE Magazine. Note that these magazines’ feed lips and cartridge followers have been modified to accommodate .32 ACP caliber cartridges. Their bodies have not been modified. Since they are modified, they are not under warranty, so we are offering the standard 30 day return privilege. Other than this offering, compliant 10 round magazines are nonexistent for Beretta 81 series pistols. Here are Mec-Gar magazines originally manufactured and stamped to fit Beretta 84 or Browning BDA Pistols. Our local West Tennessee manufacturing engineer talent has modified them to fit the Beretta model 81 series pistols chambered in .32 ACP. Original manufacturer is Mec-Gar s.r.l. of Gussago, Italy. Importer does not matter since these are no longer under importer warranty. Construction is heat treated carbon steel body and spring stop, music wire spring, and high impact tough lubed polymer floorplate and cartridge follower. Magazines’ lip or mouth area has been modified to cycle .32 ACP caliber ammunition, so these magazines will no longer cycle .380 ACP or any other round. Backs are welded and smooth milled, and we have checked each magazine’s fit. Finish is polished surface nickel plated steel, marked for .380 ACP, but that is no longer the case. Body has two round count ports on its left side, at the five and ten round positions. Each magazine holds its original 10 rounds, only with .32 ACP caliber ammunition instead of .380 ACP. Cartridge follower has been beveled, and it has an extension guide that is essential to correct operation with the .32 cartridge. Their springs are stiff, but they will fit, and work correctly in, a Beretta 81 in .32 ACP. They will not work in any other pistol. Not for sale to residents of New York City. Connecticut Buyers please message us with a scan or photo of one of your state permits, or federal firearms license.
