OUR # XM4510N

Item Description

This listing is for ONE Magazine. Here is Mec-Gar’s extended 10 shot magazine for the venerable Colt 1911 Government model pistol chambered in .45 ACP caliber. Manufacturer is Mec-Gar srl of Gussago, Italy; importer and warrantor is Mec-Gar USA of Middletown, Connecticut. Construction is entirely steel, with steel spring, and stainless steel body with smooth milled back welding, and welded floor plate. Body is ported laterally on both sides for round count. Finish is polished stainless. Each magazine holds 10 rounds of .45 ACP / 45 Automatic ammunition. This magazine will fit any 1911 type pistol that is chambered in .45 ACP caliber, from Colts to Llamas and Norincos. Note the stop dimple on the rear side, positioned for a standard length Government or Commander size grip frame. Shooters using these in short frame compacts need to keep the magazine off any rests and avoid upward pressure. Many companies have made 10 round magazines for the Colt Government pistols. Mec-Gar’s, however, is the only one that is consistently reliable.

Not for sale to residents of New York City. Connecticut Buyers please message us with a scan or photo of one of your state permits, or federal firearms license.
