Exact knife in photos. Imperial Knife Co., Providence, RI. Tang stamp Imperial / Stainless / USA = 1965, late 1960s. Contractor was Russell Cotton Company / 43 Upton / Memphis, Tenn. 2 blade small jack pocket knife with imitation pearl or cracked ice veneer handle panels. Entirely steel metal. 2 1/4 inch main clip blade with 1 3/4 pen; 2 13/16 OAL closed. Moderate flat sharpening scouring on main blade, moderate handle wear. We rate Very Good, close to Excellent, but photos ought to suffice. A piece of Memphis, Mississippi Delta Cotton Culture history.
