Author is notable for her archeological and historical contributions. Printer was Thames and Hudson, London, publication date was 1979, first edition. We personally bought this book new in Jerusalem in the early 1970s. Contents are 175 printed pages, with numerous photographs, diagrams, and maps. Dimensions are standard 1 inch by 7 by 10. Surface detractions are moderate, principally wear to the paper cover, and some toning to the pages. Spine and back are excellent and strong. We’re offering this fascinating, collectable piece of Ancient Near Eastern History at an attractive price.
