Blond, light complexioned American Walnut, with nickel plated brass logo medallions, stainless slot head screw, and brass screw escutheons. Finish is Semi Gloss lacquer. For Smith & Wesson Revolvers with Round Butt K or L Grip Frames. These give round butt, or round frame revolvers the classic feel of the square frame. 4 inch length, 2.30 to 2.35 inch butt length, 1.45 to 1.55 inch butt width, and 1.360 to 1.380 thickness at the screw. Ambidextrous with thumb recesses on both panels, and thin enough at the top to accommodate an HKS Speedloader. Grip frame back strap is exposed for better control and smaller circumference. Fit K or L Frame Smith & Wesson Revolvers with round butt grip frames. That includes models 10, 12, 13, 19, 64, 65, 66, 686 and the 3 prefix stainless variants manufactured since 1996, when Smith & Wesson switched to round butt grip frames on most of their revolvers.
