Grips S&W N Frame Square Butt only Pachmayr Gripper Professional New no Box

Most Smith & Wesson Revolvers manufactured after 1996 have Round Butt Grip Frames. About the only exception are Smith & Wesson’s Classic Series L frames, like the 586 Classic’s square butt grip frame that sometimes shows up in some of our photos. If you aren’t sure which yours is, please see the comparative photo.  Pachmayr grips stand out from their plain Jane competitors by their pliability, their ability to absorb recoil, and their superior handling qualities. On any pistol or revolver, Pachmayr grips will improve the shooter's marksmanship and help prevent flinching on the larger caliber Smith & Wessons. Their aesthetic qualities leave the competitors even farther behind. Pachmayrs are appropriate for the classic period of Smith & Wesson, Colt, Ruger, even Charter, Rossi, and Taurus Revolvers manufactured from the 1960s until the mid 1990s. Their slightly higher price than their Hogue and Michaels competitors are worth the difference even to the untrained eye, but Pachmayrs are an exceptional value given the pricey-ness of classic Goncalo and Walnut grips nowadays. This offering is for the Pachmayr SN/GP, the finger-grooved grips to fit Square Butt Grip Frame Smith & Wessons in N frame, including models 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, and 29; and their 6 prefix stainless variants with Square Butt Grip frame manufactured from World War II until about 1995. They are period appropriate configured for any N Square Revolvers made from the 1970s until the mid 1990s. The Gripper Professional exposes the grip frame back strap of the revolver, allowing for greater control and smaller grip size, but also allowing for increased felt recoil compared to the standard Gripper variants. Photo specimen is a set we got from a dealer liquidation in our area; these are new, but do not have their original factory packaging.
