This listing is the exact magazine in the photos. Here is an original issue copy of the American Blade magazine, published in the 1970s as a tsunami of knife collecting swept the country. Publisher was Wallace Beinfeld of Beinfeld Publications, North Hollywood, CA. Notable contributors and correspondents included Joe Goodson of North Hollywood, James B. Lile of Russellville, AR; A.G. Russell III of Springdale, AR; and James F. Parker of Chattanooga, TN. The contents page is a who’s who of knife collecting. This issue is remarkable for its color cover shot announcing the debut of the Case Moby Dick Folding Hunter. Also, it has features on Wayne Goddard, James Black and several others. Contents are 50 pages of gloss finish black & white with front color cover. Surface detractions simply amount to age toning. We’re offering this historic piece of knife collecting for only $ 29.00.
