From a local estate collection near Tupelo, comes this collection of medallions, pennies, and a Barber Dime. Included are a 1969 Farm Bureau 50th Anniversary Medallion; a US Capitol / White House Copper Medallion; a 1936 British Penny; 1897, 1903, and 1905 Indian Head Pennies; an 1898 Barber Dime; 1944-D and 1948 Lincoln Cents; and the Star of the Show, the Veteran’s US Marine Corps Enlistment Medallion indicating 4 years of service from 1934 – 1938. Our Vet also served in the Mississippi National Guard until 1943, when he volunteered and enlisted in the United States Navy until 1945. We are including an affidavit that cites Mississippi Gen Web’s distillation of Magnolia Funeral Home Records from 1993 and 1994.
