This listing is for the exact ring in the photos. From a nearby Mississippi Delta Estate comes this stylish welded band and solitaire ring. Inside shank stamping appears to be MAC, then illegible, beside the Karat Content Stamp; it is US Made in New York or Florida. We estimate it was manufactured no later than the 1980s, perhaps even in the 1970s. Construction is 14 Karat Yellow Gold Mounting, with 6 white gold prongs supported the 4mm Solitaire. Combined with the .02 extra side diamond, Total Diamond Weight is well over 1/4 Carat. Clarity is good, with a faint hint of color. Ring size is 6, probably the original size, and we do not detect any sizing, only the combined welding of the set together. Gross weight is 4.38 grams. Jewelry stores commonly price 14 Karat Mountings at $100 to $120 per gram ; and this size diamonds from $800 to $1200 per carat. We’re offering this Delta estate piece, however, for only $ 319.00.
