EAA Bounty Hunter .22 Magnum Single Action Army type 6 3/4 in Blue VG 1990 1st Year

Exact revolver in the photos. Correctly weighted descendant of the Colt Single Action Army, only rimfire. Manufacturer Hermann Weirauch Mellrichstadt, West Germany. From its non-prefixed, 74000 range serial and AA proof, it was manufactured in 1990, final corporate year of HWM gmbh, before Weirauch & Weirauch; also transitional year between F.I.E. Importation and European American Armory import. Class is Single Action rimfire revolver. Construction is steel barrel, hammer, trigger, and internal parts, built into a heavy Zinc alloy frame, with walnut one piece SAA type grip. Ignition is hammer fired with floating firing pin, and the action is the correct number of clicks for Single Action Army. Chambering is .22 Winchester Magnum Caliber only, 8 round cylinder. Barrel is 6 3/4 inches. Welded blade front sight with fixed notch rear. .240 serrated trigger pulls single stage at a crisp original 4 pounds, no felt creep. Hammer is .340 whitesided with checkered surface spur. Cylinder times correctly on all 8 positions. Note no mars on the rear cylinder face, this revolver has not been fanned or abused. Dimensions are 12 1/2 inches oal with 5 1/4 height. 1.64 inches cylinder diameter. 36 ounces empty, balanced at the forward cylinder face. Blued barrel, trigger, and cylinder, semi gloss black frame and grip frame, white sided hammer. Surface detractions are moderate, principally even holster wear on the cylinder and barrel. We rate it Very Good, 80% vicinity, but photos ought to suffice. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright and clean. We estimate fired fewer than 300 times. This Bounty Hunter comes to us from its exclusive New England civilian owner. Transferable to eligible civilians in all jurisdictions of these United States.
