Bruckmann Mann Corkscrew 3 Blade Rostfrei Pocket Knife Imitation Pearl 1950s

 

            Exact
Knife in photos. E. Bruckmann, Solingen, Germany manufacturer. Primary Spear
pattern blade’s obverse tang is with corporate logo and the word Mann; reverse
tang stamped Rostfrei. Secondary Pen blade’s obverse tang stamped E. Brückmann /
Ohligs / Solingen; its reverse stamped Rostfrei as well. Corkscrew is not
stamped. We estimate early 1950s production, from a firm that existed from the
1860s until the 1950s. Corkscrew Knife on the US style of the Office Knife
pattern. Stainless steel blades and backspring; brass liners and pins.
Celluloid, imitation pearl handle panels. 3 inch main Spear pattern blade; 1
7/8  pen blade; 1 3/4 in corkscrew; 3 9/16
inches oal closed. Negligible wear, never used or sharpened. We rate it Near
Mint, but photos ought to suffice. Domicile was a knife shop in the Jewish
quarter of Jerusalem, of all places, where we bought it in 1975.
