E.
Bruckmann Mann 3 Blade Corkscrew 1950s Jack Pocket Knife Tortoise Handles

            Exact
Knife in photos. E. Bruckmann, Solingen, Germany manufacturer. Corkscrew /
Utility Jack Knife. Main clip pattern blade’s tang is stamped with company logo
/ Mann; its reverse tang is stamped E. Brückmann / Solingen / Germany. Secondary
Pen blade stamped with the Mann logo only. Corkscrew is not stamped. We
estimate early 1950s production, from a firm that existed from the 1860s until
the 1950s. Brückmann produced premium grade cutlery  whose fit and finish was on a par with later
competitors Bertram, Schleiper, and Voss. Medium sized Jack Knife. Carbon steel
blades and backspring; brass liners and pins. Imitation Tortoise Shell handle
panels. 2 11/16 inch main Clip pattern blade; 1 11/16  pen blade; 1 5/16 Corkscrew; 3 1/8 inches oal
closed. Negligible wear, never used or sharpened. We rate it Near Mint, but
photos ought to suffice. Domicile was a knife shop in the Jewish quarter of
Jerusalem, of all places, where we bought it in 1975.
