From 25 years in our upright office file comes this Colt Factory Manual and its mates. Publisher was Colt’s Manufacturing Company of Hartford, CT. Part number is 96061, publication number 4/97PP3M dates publication to 1997, so recorded on the cover sections of the manual. Copyright date is 1993; revision date is July of 1996, so indicated on the back cover. Construction is double stapled 56 folded pages, assembled into a 4 inch by 5 1/2 inch booklet. Inside is newsprint type black and white with orange highlighting on selected sections and on the front cover. Cover is green and white. Surface detractions are negligible, only very faint age toning. This manual will enhance the value and collectability of anyone’s Colt Government .380, Government Pocketlite, Mustang, Mustang Plus II, and Mustang Pocketlite pistol, even if the pistol antedates the manual.
