This listing is for RIGHT HAND panel only, it will NOT work on the left side. Two of these WILL NOT make a pair. The right side of the shotgun is on the shooter’s right side when he or she is holding it in a firing position. From one of our salvage operations come these right side only, factory forend panels to fit 12 gauge Winchester 1887 clone shotguns, marketed by importers Century Arms, Cimarron, and Taylors. These will fit the original Winchesters as well but of course it will not match. Manufacturer is Zhongzhou Machine works in the People’s Republic of China, factory supplier to importer Century Arms. Construction is one piece, machine inletted Asian hardwood. Finish is dark stained plain finish. Length is 10 3/4 inches; width is 1 1/2 inches; and forend area lateral thickness installed will be 1 1/2 inches on a 12 gauge. A 16 gauge 87 will exhibit some gap. Replacement pricing on similar items from Italy ranges upwards of $50 per panel. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that if we had the left panels, we’d sell them as a set, not separately. We’re offering our right side panel in the photos, however, drilled for screws and escutcheons that are not included for only $ 23.00.
