This listing is for the exact box in the photos. From a long past trade comes this well preserved factory box to fit a Browning model A Bolt Hunter Rifle. Manufacturer was Browning Arms of Morgan, UT, and its contractors. Label indicated, Made in Japan; we are not privy to Browning and Miroku box production. This box was manufactured in 1989, attest its PN date code. Construction is curiously spliced two piece cardboard over styrofoam insert. The splice job is factory, from Browning Arms. Exterior dimensions are 49 5/8 inches length by 7 1/2 inches width by 3 inches thickness. Interior dimensions will be only slightly less; and foam insert is specifically designed for Browning A Bolt Long Action, Bolt Action rifles. Foam is recessed for Rear Sight, Front Sight, Swivels, barrel access, bolt storage, and instruction manual. Included are the original rifle’s protective plastic wrap and barrel and bolt protective Nox paper; the styrofoam lid liner; NSSF Safety flyer; and even the original instruction manual. Surface detractions are minimal, principally edge wear. We rate this box as Very Good Condition, perhaps even Excellent, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Shipping dimensions will be 50 by 8 by 4 by 4 pounds. Browning Firearms have always been the leaders in collectability. An original, correct factory box and papers enhances that value.
