Here are factory magazines to fit the Makarov Pistols that are standard issue throughout the world. Manufacturer is Arsenal AD of Krazanlak, Bulgaria, the premier producer of the Makarov pistols themselves. Principal importer is Century Arms of Georgia, Vermont. Construction is one piece folded steel body with smooth milled, full tig welded back. Body is laterally ported for easily visible round count. Spring is white steel, with stamped steel cartridge follower that includes a loading strut on the left side. Floorplate is removable black polymer, held by a steel detent spring. Each magazine holds 8 rounds of 9x18 Makarov caliber ammunition. These magazines will fit any standard 9x18mm caliber Pistolet Makarov pistol, whether it was manufactured in East Germany, China, Russia, or Hungary. They will Not fit a P64 Polish Pistol; will Not fit a P83 Wanad; will Not fit a Hungarian PA63. They will only fit 1948 design Makarov pistols manufactured by Izhevsk in Russia, Thaelmann in Germany, Arsenal AD in Bulgaria, and Norinco in China.
