Publisher was Remington Arms of Ilion, NY. This edition is from 2003. Dimensions are standard 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches, 19 pages of Green, Black, White, and Red ink. Factory warranty card and warranty registration are still intact, never executed, and included.
