Also included is the standard Ruger Safety Conversion Offer for Old Model Single Action Revolvers; and Factory Registration Card added as an outside cover to the manual itself. Manual is the standard 5 1/4 by 8 3/8 inches, black and red ink on white paper with 42 numbered pages besides the covers. Publication date is 2000, and so marked on the manual front cover.
