Manual manufacturer was Sturm, Ruger & Company of Southport, CT., in June of 1990, the Ninth Year of Production, and so marked on the front cover. Manual Dimensions are 5 1/4 by 8 3/8 inches; 20 numbered pages and Red and Black ink on white pages. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint to moderate age toning. Model 77/22 owners simply wanting instructions can download or print free of charge from ruger com. Owners, however, with excellent condition Model 77/22 Rifles, especially those that have 701 Serial Number prefixes, will find this original manual enhances their rifle’s collectability.
