Knife in photos. Manufacturer was W.R. Case & Sons, Bradford, PA, is
its manufacturer. Office Knife style pen knife, two blade with spear main blade
and pen secondary blade; and with special edition Goldstone, glittery handle
panels. Spear blade’s tang stamp is Case XX / 1889 / 1989, with Case XX Tested
Centennial / 1889 – 1989 inked on blade obverse. The words, Cosmetic Second are
inked on the main blade’s reverse. Pen blade is stamped GS2042SS, the pattern
number. 2 inches main spear blade, with 1 3/4 pen blade.
The Goldstone handle material was very tricky to produce, hence the markings on
this specimen. Apart from that, it has Negligible wear, we rate as Mint
Condition, but photos ought to suffice. Blades are both sluggish going into
both open and closed position.
