Here is a factory Remington Owner’s Manual or Instruction Book for Nylon 66 series .22 Caliber Semi Automatic Rifles, manufactured from the late 1950s until the late 1980s. Publisher was Remington Arms of Ilion, NY. This edition is from December 1987 and so marked. It was the final edition for the Nylon. Dimensions are 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches, with Green and Black and White Print. Contents are 6 pages. Surface detractions are minimal, principally pressure evidence from them being stored in our old office file for 30 some odd years. Nylon 66 Owners who simply desire instructions can avail themselves of free downloads and videos on the internet. Owners, however, of Excellent Condition Nylon 66 Rifles who wish to enhance their gun’s collectability will find that this manual does just that. It is correct from late 1970s until late 1980s discontinuance rifles; and correct enough for the earlier specimens that came in brown and white instead of green boxes.
