documents in the photos. Card Stock type Operation and Maintenance of the Universal Carbine; and Warranty
Certificate and Offer. Printer was the manufacturer, Universal Firearms
Corp of Hialeah. Manual proper is black ink on white and green card stock,
folded into a 5 1/2 x 11 booklet, with an additional vertical fold where it
went into the rifle’s box. Warranty certificate and cards offer is similar 5
1/2 x 9 1/2. The Reagan Era owner used his standard warranty; its card was
detached. Minimal wear, principally some age toning; we rate these documents as
Excellent Condition, but photos ought to suffice. Instruction manuals and
videos for .30 M1 rifles are legion and free, if an owner only wants
instructions. This set of documents, however, will enhance a Universal
Carbine’s collectability if it is in excellent condition and does not have any
of its original papers.
