blade’s obverse tang. Note the stylized Case XX logo ink Red Etched on the
blade; this was part of a 7 knife set issued in 1978. 5279 SSP pattern number on reverse tang. Brushed
stainless blades and backspring; nickel bolsters and medallion; brass liners
and handle pins. Genuine Sambar stag handles. 1 15/16 inch spear blade and 1 5/8
inch pen blade. Excellent backspring strength. Never used or sharpened, we rate
Mint or Near Mint, but photos should suffice.
