Item Description

This listing is for ONE magazine cap, the exact one in the photos. Here is an original, complete, Magazine Cap with Swivel for what we called the Pointer Pup back in the 1960s. Manufacturer was Yamamoto Firearms of Kochi, Japan, from 1963 until 1972. Exclusive US Importer was Sloans of CT during that period. The parent shotguns and their milling equipment reappeared in 1975 at the Miroku Corporation Company of Nankoku, Japan, 7 miles away, as the named model Auto Five Light Twelve. The parent shotgun, then, was the direct ancestor to the Miroku made Auto Five Light Twelves manufactured from 1975 until 1998 when production ceased. We estimate this assembly was manufactured in the late 1960s. Construction is entirely steel, with small 3/4 inch sling swivel loop and scores for the forend detent. Finish is Matte Black refinish over original blue. We rate it as Good Condition, but photos ought to suffice. We’re offering it for only                        $29.00.
