From one of our local sales in the 1960s comes this never used Browning Instruction Booklet and Factory Registration Card for the Browning Automatic .22 Caliber Rifle, or the Take Down .22, or SA-22, or Model of 1913. Publisher was Fabrique Nationale of Herstal, Belgium, attest the Made in Belgium phrase printed on the envelope. Booklet marking 1967 inside the front manual cover, dates its production.. Contents are entirely original FN Browning. Envelope is 4 3/8 by 6 7/8 with eyelet reinforcement and with the original string for affixing it to the shotgun. Instruction Manual Booklet consists of 14 pages inside their cover, 4 1/8 by 5 3/4 inches. Back booklet cover was the factory registration card, which this document’s owner evidently mailed in. Surface detractions are minimal, only aging on the manual and card, and faint obverse stains on the envelope. We rate these documents are Very Good, perhaps even Excellent Condition, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves.
