Krusius Brothers Senator Lobster type Pen Pocket Knife Horn Handles

            Exact
Knife in photos. Krusius Brothers Cutlery, Solingen, Germany manufacturer. Main
spear pattern blade’s obverse tang is stamped KB Extra; its reverse stamped
Krusius / Brothers / Germany. Neither Pen nor File blades are stamped. We
estimate 1950s production. Type is shovelboard or lobster claw Pen knife with
back side file blade. Construction is Carbon steel blades and liners, nickel
finish pins; and genuine horn handle panels. Main spear pattern blade measures
2 3/8 inches; pen blade 1 1/2 in.; and 2 1/4 inch file. Negligible wear, no
signs of use or sharpening. We rate Excellent, perhaps Near Mint, but photos
ought to suffice. Domicile was a knife shop in the Jewish quarter of Jerusalem,
of all places, where we bought it in 1975.
