Knife Co, Providence, RI / USA. Tang Stamp pattern began 1956, and this is an
early specimen, attest the long drag on its main spear pattern blade. Secondary
Pen blade has patents 2284833, 2689400, and 2479855 on its tang; from 1942,
1954, and  1945 respectively. Medium 2
Blade Pen Knife. Steel blades, hollow handles, backspring, liners and pins with
rough black celluloid veneer handle overlays, shield or medallion integral. 2
3/4 inches oal; 1 11/16 inch spear blade; 1 5/16 pen blade. Lobster claw
pattern, but only one blade. Moderate wear; we rate Very Good, but photos ought
to suffice. Backspring firm enough to hold blade closed, but no snap.
