/ XX = 1940 – 1964 stamping style.  6233
pattern number stamped on reverse tang of clip blade. Original Dark Brown Bone
handles. Chrome vanadium steel blades and backsprings; nickel bolsters,
medallion, liners and handle pins. 2 3/16 inch main Clip pattern blade; and 1
1/2 inch secondary pen blade. Overall length 2 3/4 in closed. Moderate wear
from sharpening and use; we estimate 75 – 80% of original blade width is
intact. Large blade closure is very sluggish, but holds.
