and warrantor was W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery, Bradford, Pennsylvania. 1990
stamped on the obverse tang of the main spear blade, one of fewer than 500
Commissioned by New corporate Owner James Frost. Resurrection of the 1940s
pattern. Stainless blades and backsprings; carbon steel rivets; nickel bolsters
and mid panel medallion plate; brass interior liners; picked brown bone dual
handle panels. Medium Whittler, three spring pattern, three blade jack knife.
Main spear blade 2 1/2 inches; secondary spey blade 2 1/4 inch; secondary spear
or pen blade 2 1/8 inches. 
Spear
and sheepfoot or coping pattern blades both measure 2 1/2 inches. Polished
surface finishes. Markings are Case Brothers / Bradford PA / 19
  USA  90
obverse and Tested / XX / 630109 reverse. Note the XX on the obverse blade
body. Both secondary blades have stamped tangs.
 Excellent backspring strength. Never used or
sharpened, from a Northern Alabama collection.
