This listing is for ONE Sig Sauer Sight. Photos are representative, but buyer will receive a virtually identical sight to the photo specimens. From the parts inventory of the Federal West German Police comes these Rear Sights to fit the P225, P226, P228, P229, P239, P245, M11 and Sig Pro model Pistols. They will fit a Sig P220 UNLESS it has a slide integral fixed front sight. Height is 6.07mm, and this sight is designed to match a #7, 5.74mm high front sight. Manufacturer was Sig Sauer gmbh of Eckenforde, Germany. Production dates were late 1970s to early 1980s. These sights were removed from Sig P226 pistols that were manufactured around 1990, attest the red pistol box liner fuzz we brushed off of them. Construction is one piece milled steel. English dimensions are base thickness of .2585 inch; base width of .6280 inch; height of .2375 inch; slot width of .1562 inch; slot bottom height of .1420 inch. Finish is original matte surface blue, with square white bar inlay. Each sight bears its original 7 factory stamp. Surface detractions are minimal, only faint removal wear to the base edges, and age toning to the white inlay. We rate them as Excellent Condition, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Replacement pricing often runs $40 apiece or more on these.
