Traditional double and single action, medium frame revolver; Construction is entirely milled steel metal. Chambering .38 Special and .357 Magnum, 6 round capacity. Barrel is 4 inch Heavy one piece, with 5 groove 1:18.75 right hand rifling, pinned into the frame. Sights are serrated ramp front on solid rib; rear sight is windage and elevation adjustable, both entirely stainless except for the rear’s black blade. Trigger .265 serrated face, .375 semi target hammer. Grips are period correct Pachmayr combat. Finish is polished surface stainless, with Satin Chrome hammer and trigger. Surface detractions are moderate, only left panel grip wear and occasional light scours on the metal. We rate this 66 as Very Good, 85%, but photos ought to suffice. It served in the jurisdictional domicile of Borinquen Air Station against Castro and the Cartels. We estimate it was fired fewer than 100 times. Carbon and blast effect are minimal. Bore and cylinder chambers are all bright and clean. Hammer travels 15 degrees double action; 30 single. Single action trigger pull gauges a crisp 4 pounds. Forcing cone gap is .007. No lateral play.
