Smith & Wesson .32 Long 3rd Model Hand Ejector 4” Nickel 1912 Mother of Pearl

Exact revolver in photos. 3rd Model .32 Smith & Wesson Hand Ejector. Traditional double and single action revolver, with hammer nose ignition. 269000 range serial = 1912, 2nd year of a run that ended in 1941. Entirely steel construction, with genuine Mother of Pearl Grips. 6 rounds .32 S&W short; .32 S&W Long; or .32 Colt New Police ammunition. 4 inch barrel. Half moon blade front sight with frame integral fixed notch rear. .240 smooth trigger with matching serrated spur hammer. 8 1/2” oal; 4 1/2” height; 1.26 cylinder dia. 19.5 oz empty. Magna style grips. Nickel finish, with color casehardened trigger and hammer. Moderate surface detractions, principally wear on the cylinder and toning on the trigger and hammer. We rate Very Good, 80%, but photos ought to suffice. This revolver comes from an estate of a retired Postal Worker here in West Tennessee; owner passed 20 some odd years ago. Etchy bore and cylinder chambers, but tight action and lockup. We estimate fired fewer than 200 times. We also estimate $100 to professionally renickel the cylinder, and upgrade the condition to near excellent. Transferable to C&Rs nationwide; and to eligible Californians as a Curio and Relic status piece. No Non-C&R civilians in MA. $60 off if we keep the Pearl Grips and sub black rubber or white polymer magna.
