This listing is for ONE set of grips. Buyer will receive one of the 2 sets in the photos. Here are old style Pachmayr Presentation Grips for New Model, 1973 – Present, Ruger Revolvers with Standard Frames and with round trigger guards. Manufacturer was Pachmayr Gun Works of Los Angeles, well before Lyman Products absorbed the company. Construction is one piece black rubber overmolded onto two pieces of steel framework, with steel screw and with blackened brass escutcheon. These grips, or this grip, will only fit New Model Super Blackhawk, New Model Single Six, or New Model Super Blackhawk revolvers that have what Ruger Calls XR-3 red frames, and that have rounded trigger guards, and that were manufactured from 1974 until the present. They will Not fit any old Model Ruger Revolver, or any Super Blackhawk with a Dragoon type trigger guard. Since these were manufactured prior to 1985, when Pachmayr began putting Lion Logo Medallions on their grips, they are period correct for Rugers made from 1974 until 1985 or thereabouts. Finish is satin black rubber, with lateral checkered patterns. Surface detractions are minimal. We rate them as Excellent Condition. We’re offering the only two sets we’ve had for the past couple of decades, each, for only $ 49.00.
